1) Shipping Rates

United States and Other Applicable Destinations

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order:

  • 0.1–1,500 g: $19 USD
  • 1,500.1–2,500 g: $21 USD
  • 2,500.1–3,000 g: $22 USD
  • 3,000.1–3,500 g: $25 USD
  • 3,500.1–4,000 g: $27 USD
  • 4,000.1–4,500 g: $30 USD
  • 4,500.1–5,000 g: $32 USD
  • 5,000.1–5,500 g: $34 USD
  • 5,500.1–6,000 g: $36 USD

Hong Kong SAR

Orders shipped to Hong Kong SAR are subject to separate weight-based international shipping rates:

  • 0–500 g: $45 USD
  • 501–1,000 g: $60 USD
  • 1,001–1,500 g: $75 USD
  • 1,501–2,000 g: $90 USD
  • 2,001–3,000 g: $120 USD
  • 3,001–5,000 g: $160 USD

Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Hong Kong SAR.

The applicable shipping fee is calculated according to the total shipment weight and displayed at checkout in the customer's selected currency.

Orders weighing more than 5,000 g may not be eligible for automatic checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply, and we may contact the customer before processing the order.

Heavy, oversized, restricted, or unusually packaged products may incur additional shipping charges regardless of weight.

2) Delivery Standards

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after they are received.
  • Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time may be shipped on the same business day, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Canada: 1–3 business days via Canada Post or UPS
  • USA: 5–10 business days via Canada Post or UPS
  • Hong Kong SAR: 7–14 business days via a trackable Canada Post international shipping service
  • South Korea: 4–5 business days
  • Other international destinations: Delivery times vary by country

Delivery estimates do not include weekends, holidays, customs inspections, customs clearance delays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the available tracking information.

Remote Locations: For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time and shipping charges may apply. We will contact you if additional charges apply.

Extended Delivery: Certain destinations may have longer delivery standards. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Additional information may be available on the Canada Post website .

3) International Orders: Customs, Duties and Import Eligibility

Import Duties and Taxes

For eligible orders shipped to the United States and Hong Kong SAR, LikeCanada will cover ordinary import duties and import taxes assessed on the shipment unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers will not normally be required to pay ordinary import duties or import taxes upon delivery for eligible orders shipped to these destinations.

Hong Kong generally does not impose customs tariffs, VAT, or sales tax on ordinary imported goods. However, certain products may be prohibited, restricted, regulated, or subject to import permits or other requirements.

Customer Responsibility for Import Eligibility

Customers are responsible for confirming before placing an order that the products, ingredients, quantities, and intended use are legally permitted in the destination country or region.

Import requirements may vary depending on the product's ingredients, classification, quantity, intended use, and the claims appearing on the product label or packaging.

LikeCanada cannot guarantee that every product available on our website may be legally imported into every country or region.

Customers should verify local import restrictions before ordering nutritional supplements, herbs, cosmetics, personal-care products, food products, or other potentially regulated items.

Orders That Cannot Be Cleared Through Customs

If an order cannot be cleared because a product or ingredient is prohibited, restricted, requires an import permit, exceeds an applicable personal-use quantity, or otherwise does not comply with the destination country's import requirements, the customer will be responsible for the resulting costs and losses.

These costs may include:

  • Customs inspection or clearance charges
  • Carrier handling or administration fees
  • Storage fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Disposal or destruction costs
  • Other costs caused by the customs refusal

Original shipping charges are non-refundable when an order is refused, detained, returned, abandoned, seized, or destroyed because the ordered product is prohibited, restricted, requires a permit, or otherwise cannot legally be imported into the destination country.

Any refund for merchandise returned by customs will be considered only after the returned products are received by LikeCanada in resalable condition. Return shipping, customs, storage, handling, disposal, and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund.

No merchandise refund can be issued if an order is seized, destroyed, abandoned, or not returned to LikeCanada.

Customs and Carrier Requests

LikeCanada is responsible for preparing the ordinary shipping and export documents required for the shipment, including the customs declaration and commercial shipment information.

Customers are not normally required to prepare separate customs documents. However, if customs authorities or the shipping carrier request confirmation of the recipient's identity, address, intended use, or import eligibility, the customer must respond within the required time.

LikeCanada is not responsible for delays, returns, storage fees, or disposal resulting from the customer's failure to respond to a reasonable request from customs authorities or the shipping carrier.

2. Order Processing and Cancellations

1) Processing Time

  • Once an order is placed, we generally ship the package within 1 business day, although processing may take up to 3 business days.
  • Any electronic order confirmation, receipt, or other communication issued through LikeCanada does not constitute final acceptance of the order or confirmation of an offer to sell. LikeCanada reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, delay, or decline the processing or shipment of an order.

2) Back Order / Out of Stock / Pricing / Currency

  • If an item is temporarily unavailable from our suppliers, you will be informed promptly by email.
  • Depending on the circumstances, we may delay shipment, ship available products separately, suggest a replacement, remove an unavailable product, or cancel and refund the unavailable item.
  • If you find an error or problem with your order, please contact Customer Service within one week of receiving it.
  • Pricing: LikeCanada endeavors to maintain accurate and consistent pricing. Prices may change because of supplier pricing, currency fluctuations, product availability, promotions, or administrative errors.
  • Currency: Prices and shipping charges may be displayed in the customer's local currency. Currency conversions may use a dynamic exchange rate and may include rounding or currency-conversion adjustments. The final amount charged will be displayed at checkout.
