1) Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order:

  • 0.1 – 1500 g: $19 USD

  • 1500.1 – 2500 g: $21 USD

  • 2500.1 – 3000 g: $22 USD

  • 3000.1 – 3500 g: $25 USD

  • 3500.1 – 4000 g: $27 USD

  • 4000.1 – 4500 g: $30 USD

  • 4500.1 – 5000 g: $32 USD

  • 5000.1 – 5500 g: $34 USD

  • 5500.1 – 6000 g: $36 USD

  • 6000.1 – 6500 g: $39 USD

  • 6500.1 – 7000 g: $41 USD

  • 7000.1 – 7500 g: $43 USD

  • 7500.1 – 8000 g: $46 USD

  • 8000.1 – 8500 g: $47 USD

  • 8500.1 – 9100 g: $48 USD

2) Delivery Standards

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after they are received.

  • If your order is placed before 11:00 am EST, it will usually be shipped on the same day.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 1–3 business days via Canada Post or UPS

  • USA: 5–10 business days via Canada Post or UPS

  • South Korea: 4–5 business days

  • Other international orders: Varies by country

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Remote Locations: For remote or hard-to-reach areas in Canada, additional shipping times and fees may apply. We will contact you if this is the case.

Extended Delivery: Certain areas may have longer delivery standards. You may find detailed information on the Canada Post website.

3) International Orders: Importing of Goods and Taxes

Please ensure that ordering from us does not contravene the customs laws of your country regarding the importation of nutritional supplements and herbs. Customs fees and/or impounding of an order (including any resultant expense, subsequent loss, and/or return shipping) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Once you place an order*, we will ship the package within 1 business day.

  • Any order confirmation (electronic or paper receipt) given to you through Caforia.ca does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. Caforia reserves the right to refuse the processing or shipment of an order for any reason.

2) Back Order / Out of Stock / Pricing / Currency

  • If an item is temporarily unavailable from our suppliers, you will be informed promptly by email.

  • If you find an error in your order, please contact our Customer Service within one week of receiving it and we will correct it as soon as possible.

  • Pricing: Caforia endeavors to maintain a consistent price policy and to update the site to reflect any changes; however, some prices may vary depending on supplier availability. This does not necessarily mean prices will always increase.
