This syrup is the product of maple sap harvested at the end of the sugaring-off season. Its flavour, more pronounced than any of the previously-listed syrups, is rich and distinctive. It colours and perfumes sauces and glazes to perfection. Canadian Heritage Organics maple products respect the organic farming processes: manufactured naturally with absolutely no artificial additives, coloring, preservatives or chemicals. Canadian Heritage Organics products are made in the Appalaches region of Quebec where the mineral content of the soil is ideal for making maple syrup.
