Ingredients

Fresh whole ground organic spelt, kamut and oat kernels, organic evaporated cane juices (under 7g per muffin), baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.

Directions

Basic Prep:

Preheat 400˚F (Muffins) Or 375˚F (Loaves)

In Mixing Bowl: Beat 2 Eggs Well

Add ¼ Cup Butter Melted, 2 Tbsp Olive Oil And 1¾ Cups Plain Yogurt, Whisk Smooth

Stir In Package DO NOT OVER-MIX  Grease Pan, Bake 15-20 Min For Muffins, 25-35 Min For Loaves DO NOT OVER-BAKE

Freezes Beautifully. Makes 12-16 Muffins Or 2 Medium Loaves
